§ 01

Privacy Policy

¶ 1.1 LogicPeakLabs ("the Company"), registered at 31-042, ul. Rynek Główny 14, Kraków, Poland, is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all website visitors and service clients in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

¶ 1.2 We collect personal data solely for the purposes of: (a) responding to inquiries submitted through our contact form; (b) delivering contracted copywriting and content services; (c) maintaining accurate business records as required by Polish law.

¶ 1.3 The categories of personal data processed include: name, email address, phone number (if provided), project details shared in correspondence, and billing information necessary for invoicing.

¶ 1.4 Legal basis for processing: (a) consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for marketing communications; (b) performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) for service delivery; (c) legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for website analytics and service improvement.

¶ 1.5 Personal data is retained for a maximum of 36 months from the last interaction, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or ongoing contractual obligations.

¶ 1.6 Data recipients: Our hosting infrastructure provider (EU-based), payment processors (for transaction data only), and authorized team members directly involved in service delivery. No personal data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

¶ 1.7 You have the right to: access your personal data, request rectification, request erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

¶ 1.8 If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

§ 02

Terms of Service

¶ 2.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all engagements between LogicPeakLabs ("the Company"), located at 31-042, ul. Rynek Główny 14, Kraków, Poland, and any client ("the Client") engaging our digital content and copywriting services.

¶ 2.2 Service Scope: LogicPeakLabs provides digital content creation, copywriting, content strategy, and related editorial services as described in individual project proposals and service descriptions on our website.

¶ 2.3 Quoting & Pricing: All prices listed are in Euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Quotations are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue. Prices may be adjusted for scope changes agreed in writing.

¶ 2.4 Payment Terms: Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issuance. Late payments incur a statutory interest rate of 8% per annum above the ECB base rate, in accordance with Polish Commercial Payments Act (ustawa o przeciwdziałaniu nadmiernym opóźnieniom).

¶ 2.5 Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all delivered copy and content assets transfer full copyright and usage rights to the Client. LogicPeakLabs retains the right to reference the engagement in portfolio materials unless the Client objects in writing.

¶ 2.6 Revisions: Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revision rounds are billed at €75/hour. Revision requests must be consolidated and submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

¶ 2.7 Confidentiality: LogicPeakLabs treats all client information as confidential. We will not disclose project details, business strategies, or proprietary content to any third party without explicit written consent.

¶ 2.8 Limitation of Liability: LogicPeakLabs' total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

¶ 2.9 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kraków, Poland.

§ 03

Cookie Policy

¶ 3.1 LogicPeakLabs ("the Company"), registered at 31-042, ul. Rynek Główny 14, Kraków, Poland, uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website to ensure proper functionality and improve user experience.

¶ 3.2 Strictly Necessary Cookies: These cookies are essential for the website to function correctly. They enable core features such as navigation, form submission, and cookie consent preferences. These cookies do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC).

§ 04

Refund Policy

¶ 4.1 LogicPeakLabs ("the Company"), registered at 31-042, ul. Rynek Główny 14, Kraków, Poland, operates a fair and transparent refund policy for all digital content and copywriting services.

¶ 4.2 Pre-Production Cancellation: If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 10 business days.

¶ 4.3 In-Production Cancellation: If a project is cancelled after work has commenced but before delivery, a partial refund will be issued proportional to the work completed. The Client will receive all draft materials produced to date.

¶ 4.4 Post-Delivery Refund: If the delivered work materially fails to meet the specifications outlined in the original project brief, the Client must notify LogicPeakLabs within 14 calendar days of delivery. We will either: (a) revise the work to meet specifications at no additional cost, or (b) issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

¶ 4.5 Non-Refundable Items: Strategy and audit deliverables (Content Strategy & Audit, Brand Voice Development) are non-refundable once the final report has been delivered, as these involve immediate knowledge transfer.

¶ 4.6 Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. The Client will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

¶ 4.7 Dispute Resolution: In the event of a refund dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication before pursuing any formal legal remedies under Polish law.
